Two alternatives

By homestaging, we improve your apartment or villa with small means and a short time within the budget we mutually agree on. In our first consultation we meet and agree about the extent of the homestaging, what is the most profitable, and we agree about the time schedule.

Alternative 1

Homestaging, including for example refurnishing, painting, cleaning, purchase of decorations, cushions etcetera. We start with what you already have and try to do the most favorable.

Except from this homestaging that makes your property attractive during the selling-process, we also arrange a photo-shooting, including decorations as fresh flowers, lit candles, fresh fruits etcetera to create an even more favorable impression.

Alternative 2

Includes only photo-shooting of your apartment or villa to create attractive photos for the presentation. We bring decorations as cushions, nice blankets, curtains, fresh flowers, lit candles, fresh fruits etcetera, and refurnish to arrange favorable photos.
